@david seems to be something wrong in the template store - also for this app. When you get the template it is defaulted to private sign-in
Sure! You can buy a subscription to Envato Elements ($16 per month) and download good templates for promos or buy the templates separately from Evanto Market (much better the quality of templates).
I have After Effects to edit ($21 per month), it is very easy to learn, but it takes a little time to master it to at least edit the templates as you want.
