Hierarchy view-ability with row owners

In a basic CRM seething of

Contacts
Accounts
Projects
Task
Meetings
Ect

What is the best way to establish role heirarchy’s view ability given that glide tables can only assign this to a non computed column.

Would it be that my tables should in fact exist in Airtable or Google sheets?

Use Roles as Row Owners.
If your users will only have one role each, use native tables.
If any of your users will need multiple roles, then you’ll need an external data source for your User Profiles table.
