Help with stopwatch timer in glide pages

Hi guys can anyone help with stopwatch timer in glide pages.
I want people to be able to select a routine from an inline list and generate a form that allows for a duration submission.
I’m stumped on how best to achieve this in PAGES

Sadly there’s no stopwatch component in Pages, so the best I think you can do is have a custom form, then have a “start” button and a “stop” button.

The start button will set a timestamp to a “start” column, the “stop” button will set a timestamp to a “stop” column. Then have a math column to calculate the difference between those, that will be the duration.

How do I create a custom form?
