Help with PDF integration

I’ve messed up.
Ive sorted the way to link it all together, now each entry has every bit of information i need through a relation colum, ive set up a template in Docsautomator… But ive realised ive made the layout scrrens base as ‘User’ column so i cant map the button to the ‘EntiresBlock’ field as thats in my timesheet table… so my question is howe can i point the button to a field in a different table? or take the information and bring it to the users table in such a way that the docsautomator setting can still read it? i feel like im close to sorting the problem but i could be wrong. i really dont want to change the source of the layout as ill loose the entire design and have to start again (ive already started using the app btw so dont want to loose the data)

(edit: Tell a lie, Docsautomator integration wont see the relation column ‘EntriesBlock’ anyway… so now im back to square 1)


Right, i bit the bullet and made a duplicate of my layout, changed the source and reconfigured to the new base, so now when i click docsautomator i get the relevant fields…but i still only get 1 row, is there a way to print off a complete set of filtered data, i.e click on ‘january’ and ‘aaron’ then print off his entire monthly entries?
