Dear Glide Community, I’m about to start a new project and I’m looking for tips to start… The project will be based on Glide Pages and will be basically a place where people will be able to book daily appointments of 1hour or 1.30hours with 3 specialists.
Of course, if a time-slot of a given day (with one of the 3 specialists) has been already booked, it won’t be bookable again.
Would you please suggest me the overall logic / components behind this kind of project ? Thanks in advanced.
So are you stuck mainly on the “no-clash booking” part or do you need help with something else?
I would suggest trying to build the basic things first so you can get an idea on how things work, then if you get stuck on some advance logic/flows we will try to help.
Hi, I cannot figure-out so far how to deal with a time-slot already taken… I cannot understand the logic in Glide to manage this situation… any advise ?
Do you have fixed time slots for each day (say 9AM - 10.30AM would be a slot every day or they can go in and book 9.30 AM - 11 AM if needed)?
They can go in and book whatever time from 8:00 AM to 22:00 PM (timeslot of 1 or 1.30h)
