Help: "App cannot be transferred: high‑scale data source"

Hello!

I’m trying to move one of my apps from one Glide account to another. I’m the admin of both accounts, but I see this error:

“App cannot be transferred: This app uses a high‑scale data source that cannot be transferred”

I don’t have any big tables, except two auto‑generated tables named “Workflow Step Log”, which seem to be Glide-created logs. I’ve tried to delete them, but the system does not allow deletion.

  • I manually deleted any other big tables used for testing.

  • The only remaining data source appears to be these built‑in logs.

Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Unlink them. It is perfectly safe to do that.
