Issue: When I navigate to Settings > Data > Sync Mode, a blank popup appears and says:
Error 403
We're sorry, you don't have access to this page. That's all we know.
Troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried:
Logged out and back in
Used incognito/private browsing mode
Tried a different app within my account
Tried a different browser
• Tried logging on my glide account w google sign-in - still doesn’t work…
Result: The issue persists in all cases.
Could you please help me resolve this, or let me know if there’s something else I should check on my end? I’m the owner/admin of my team and need to access this setting.
At this point, I’m feeling pretty stuck. Unless there’s a clear solution you can recommend that will actually work, I think I’ll need to move on and explore other options.
With that in mind, I’d like to kindly request a full refund of my $60.

Can you share a screenshot of your entire screen when you get this error? Do you see the settings screen with the sync choices, or does it fail as soon as you click on ‘Data’ in settings?
And another question…does your google sheet still sync normally, but all you are trying to do is adjust the frequency?
Maybe I misunderstood your original issue. I assumed you already had your app connected to a google sheet and you just wanted to modify the sync mode. Is the real issue that you want to make that initial connection to a google sheet in the first place?
This is what I assumed you were trying to change when you got the error, based on your description.
