Hello friends,

Im about to create a company around my glide app (advanced) MVP…

I want to value my glide app as « contribution in kind » and then get shares accordingly etc.

Did somebody go trough this process already ?

What was the accepted value ?

How much a glide app could value ? (Without users registered). Maybe a price range…

I havent. But I guess it depends on a lot of factors such as how many partners, what your role is going forward, how much time invested in building your app aka sweat equity and if its just an mvp where additional resources would be needed to build a native app after idea had been confirmed.
