I guess only the CEO could answer that question, but probably wont due to the sensitivity of business.

Interesting point, although I’m not really interested in getting sensitive business information, only at the level that has already been discussed.

Apps that reload too often can cost us as much or more than a Pro subscription. We’re working on another data source that’s less expensive for us than reading from your Google Sheet, which is our major cost.

Answers to the degree of detail on what costs more or less were all I asked really.

But at the end of the day, its business and were consumers. We can freely choose to determine if the product is worth the cost. If it is, we stay and if it isnt, we find an alternative.

This is absolutely correct, I’m not averse to the economics of business. Although I happen to quite like Glide and I’ve invested a lot of my time using it. Believe it or not, I’m first interested in conversations that help illuminate improvements for the future, before being interested in leaving the playing field.
