I’m using Glide’s AI Audio to Text, I speak to it in English and sometimes it ‘thinks’ that I speak another language. I want it to always write the text in English. How can I configure the language of the recording? 
At the moment there’s no built-in option to do that. I guess an alternative for you is sending the recorded file to Make.com, then process it through Groq’s Whisper API endpoint (which allows specifying a language).
