Ghost Rows - How to remove!

Hi guys,

As different users add in their data using the form function on my app, it adds these ghost rows to ALL of my users data.

i’ve stopped the blank fields from showing up on the app using filters, but it is a waste of rows!

I’m assuming it is because of the template function columns, but any idea how to stop this from happening?

Hope this makes sense.

The response from the bot is incorrect in this case.

It’s because you are using User Specific columns. Normally, the only reason to use User Specific columns is if you want to store per-user values in the same row.

If you don’t want your users to see each others data, then you should use normal (non-user specific) columns, and apply row owners.
