Hi all, Is there a way to directly generate a PDF from Glide and provide a link for download? Thank you. Best regards, Clement

[image] fire Free Glide PDF Plugin - HTML2PDF Community Resources What’s up Gliders! I’ve created a free PDF generating plugin for you all. This plugin allows you to preview and save HTML as a PDF. It’s very powerful, totally customisable, and completely free nerd_face You can also copy the code yourself and host it for free on Github if you want. How to use it: In an experimental code column, paste the following URL: https://loqode.github.io/html2pdf Then on your layout screen, add a web-embed component and select this column as the source. Viola! …

Thanks Mazen. This is really cool and fast.

Thanks Thinh Dinh, is there any way to automatically print out the generated pdf from Glide directly, apart from going with zapier / make? My flow: Person scan QR (glide solution) in iPad → Glide generate a pdf (or any other format) → automatically print out the document with the printer connected to iPad. Thank you!

The integrations generate PDF right in Glide, you don’t need to go through Make/Zapier to use those. For printing, I think as long as you have the file generated, there’s a print option right in the browser with a web embed component.

Could the printing be done automatically without user intervention? Thank you Thinh Dinh.

Not with the method above, I don’t know if there’s an API call you can use to do that though. Years ago people here used Google Cloud Print, but it was deprecated by Google in January of 2021.

@Clement_Koo a bit late to the party, but let me know if I can help with PDF creation. I’m the founder of DocsAutomator, mentioned above by @ThinhDinh (thank you!)

Noted on this! Thanks Rupert
