Free text to speech API

Would anyone know of a free API that can dynamically convert text to speech and generate a link to an audio file that can be used in Glide?

I am keen to have a button that effectively reads aloud the text from a cell in a Glide table or sheet.

It needs to be an API so that the audio link can be regenerated by the user (the text will change based on the user history).

Any pointers welcome!

Google Cloud - text to speech API. It’s ‘technically’ a paid for API, but you get so many credits free - say 1,000 calls to the API - per month. All depends on what stage you and the app are at.

Hope it’s useful, at least perhaps in the testing phase.
