Hello people!!! I would like your help with the following:
I need to create a fitness app withe the following specs:
- meals calories counter (i already have the database in google sheets).
- water intake, alcoholc intake, sleep hours, stress levels in manual numbers.
- exercise tracking based on specific exercise categories i have plus manual numbers for minutes.
Could you please guide me a bit?
Can you show me you structure for the data you already have?
I am trying to do it on my own but I am not sure I do it right. I would like you to teach my how to do it and I can pay you for that.

To learn how to build on Glide (in no particular order)
- Try and build with no training whatsoever, you’ll learn by doing.
- Look at the template gallery. See if you find a template to get you started, and learn from how the template was built.
- Consult Glide Docs. Either browse quickly or study thoroughly. Either way you’ll learn a lot.
- Head to Glide University. Find a course you like. Take certifications. Whatever content you consume, it will help.
- Browse Glide’s community forum. You will learn from reading, asking questions, and helping others when you feel ready.
- Head over to YouTube. There are many great videos there on various topics ranging different levels of difficulty.
