I love glide, but honestly after falling for the “unlimited users” when it’s actually capped at 25k is infuriating after building my app to near completion.
I want a refund for my Annual Maker plan as that is false advertising which is illegal. If you do not refund me, I will have no choice but to report it to my bank.

@Brad_S1 Interesting. For those of us who have “grown up with Glide”, we’ve inherently known that 1 user = 1 row and that apps have a 25k row limit for non-GBT tables (which include User table because User Tables cannot be GBTs) whch means that an app can’t have more than 25k users rows.
Looking at the pricing page, I don’t see any reference to the “known restriction” of 25k users, so I understand your frustration. I’ll let a Glide team member pick up the conversation.
If you did 5 minutes of research you would know that Glide is not a good choice for a consumer App, and it doesn’t pretend to be. You may or may not get a refund. Personally, I wouldn’t even consider it.
It would have taken less than “5 minutes” to put the real limit and not falsely advertise.
You guys can’t tell the difference between Unlimited and 25k?? 
This was going to be a tools used between stores that connected worker feedback. Not a full consumer facing app. I don’t know what your problem is, but you need to check yourself 
Glad you agree glide isn’t a great platform and doesn’t pretend to be. As it turns out neither are their experts.
I understand your frustration, but the experts are not in fault here. There are many platforms out there for different needs. Unfortunately, Glide just does not align with yours.
I would kindly ask that you keep things respectful and avoid making personal judgments. We are all here to help. Not to compete for who is “the best.”
