Dynamic max value of number entry

I have credit column of users with different value each other, and I want to set the dynamic max value for each users where have a different credit limit. Is it possible?

because when I set the max value of limit, it has value from the data I put before

If you have each users limit in their User Profile row, you can use that as a default value.
