What kind of sample do you need? A sample APP?
Not sure we are on the same page. But this is what i am asking.
- A JS script sample of how to be able to trigger a command in my pi. (Google Sheet script)
- As well how do i set it up in my pi to refresh once its triggerd? (in the Pi)

Ah… your dear Pi devices!! 
To be honest, I don’t know very well Pi although I know they support JS and what you need is a WebSocket (your Pi will work as a WebSocket server).
