Date picker year selection could be more prominently shown

The year selection for the date picker could be more prominently shown.
It’s currently in the top left corner and users end up scrolling month by month to get to their birth year (like 400 moons/clicks to the left)
Would be nice if it was on the same row as the Tue, Jane 31, [2023] ??
Or leave where it is and make it larger and in bold?
Personally i found the year option easy, but our users are all finding the 400 clicks exhausting and a negative user experience and they leave with a broken finger🤣
(i’m thinking… there’s no substitute for brains)

There is a CSS hack for Apps to make that bigger:
