It would be great for the time picker to start or end at a specific date (instead of just before/after today).
Use case: if the user needs to select a date range via 2 date pickers: if the range is far away from now in time, you need to browse forward twice (for each date picker) which is not very user friendly. Instead, the second date picker could start the day or day after the date from the first date picker.
