Collection items can be deleted and added even though they are disabled

Hi all,

Not sure if this is a bug or if I miss something.
I just noticed, that everyone still can edit and delete collection items even though I disabled them (see screenshot).

I was already checking everything. Can anybody explain why this is still possible?

I had that issue in the past. Click on the enable advanced actions. You should see the glitched action.
