With the introduction of Tabs and an increasing use of Show/Hide for AI input/output in the frontend UX, the Components area in many of my apps is becoming quite lengthy. To manage this, I often minimise the Navigation pane for more visibility and use the ‘little arrow’ button that is specifically used to help locate component in that list (only useful if the component is actually visible though).
To further improve this situation - I think collapsible containers and/or tabs within the editor would be a really valuable addition (even just under the right click actions). Quite often, once a container is set up, I don’t need to revisit its contents for months - being able to collapse them out of the way would really help.
I think it would also encourage best practices, such as naming containers more consistently, which becomes even more important when multiple designers are working on the same app.
Would also help when I’m designing on my iPad - moving entire blocks of components out the way and not having to work out what I’ve dragged into another container in error!
