Hi all, I have a sheet with a column of checkboxes and I need to clear it when the user finished and he clicks in the finish button.

Not yet. Only way to do that currently is if the checkboxes live in Google Sheets and then using a script—very laggy. Hopefully with an upcoming Automated Actions feature, this will be the solution moving forward. @Antonio and I have talked about this very feature just this week!
