I am looking to change the language here to Spanish and a few more setting that are in English by default.
Any way around it?

Well, the word “item” is used and know in almost all Latinamerica and shouldn’t be a problem to understand what your app is showing.
But if it still is uncomfortable to you, I’d change your title from “Lista de Episodios” to “Cantidad de Episodios” or something similar.

tienes razon, estaria bueno si los settings se podrian mostrar en otro idioma pero se entiende.

Agradable a la vista tu App y fácil de entender/navegar.
Me quedĂ© con las ganas de escuchar los podcasts asociados a las Curiosidades de la Historia, despuĂ©s de leer la introducciĂłn, descubrir que no funcionan fue un “golpe al hĂgado”
