Trying to make the company database visible only to Admin and Supervisor
All the company lines are shaded out and not visible on database or screen no mater who’s viewing.

Have you actually configured User Profiles, including setting the Role column?
I suspect not, because you have a Text column for Email in your Users table, which wouldn’t work.
