Hi Glider,
I don’t know how many of you have my same problem, but sometime for some reason is good to verify if there was the action CANCEL (in all cases but especially if ADD NEW) or DELETE (in case of EDIT) and then execute the proper action on SUBMIT
please up-vote this if you have this too
