I know someone did it and shared it on the forum. But, I can’t find it. Maybe it was on the expert Slack!
@ThinhDinh I am sure that you remember
If the printer has any sort of API that you can interface with, then yes it’s possible.
Here
I second this. Years ago people used Google Cloud Print for these stuff but it was deprecated. Good to see there are alternatives.
Comes down to what your printer offers API-wise, or cloud printing. I think how Google Cloud Print worked was that you connected your printer to your Google account, and then when you send a file over through GCP, it will print on that specific printer. A quick search shows me that ezeep Blue works in a similar way.
appreciate everyones quick response, but I still unsure how to do that, I have the pdf file generated for the receipt, but further to that, if someone can guide me step wise would be very good, thanks
Impossible to provide any specific advice without knowing which printer you are dealing with and whether or not it has an API or other similar interface.
Since, I am at starting stage, I have no restrictions to whether which printer should I buy and use, I would certainly go for the printer which is available in Canada, and easily gets attach to glide apps.
Here’s a list of what PrintNode, the service linked here supports.
You can consider purchasing one, then connect with the printer through a PrintNode module in Make.
