As you know that instagram camera provides a lot of filters, but is there any way by which I can also provide camera filters on my glide app???, well using a java source code would also work if someone guides me

I don’t think this is possible. You’re probably targeting a filter for a photo that users try to upload to the app, I’m not sure how it can even work with JavaScript at that uploading stage.
Best you can do is photo filters after the fact with Cloudinary.
