App with monthly subscription

Just want to know if anyone have any experience with the new Stripe integration?

I start to need to be able to take a monthly subscription from my users to use one of my apps, but af far as I can gather the Stripe integration seems to only send out invoices.
Is it me who are missing something with the Stripe integration?
If not, is there another way around having users to pay for monthly subscriptions without to do this manually?

The most popular solution around here is using PayHere, in tandem with a solution like Make to handle events.
