Can I schedule automatic notifications for my app? If so, how? Also how do I receive information from forms that people fillled out from my app?

Notifications are not supported for iOS, for Android I heard you can receive notifications for comments and chats. For form fills, you can set up a Zapier to notify you via an email when there’s a new row.
