In the Classic version of Glide, when using a map layout, we could toggle on “Allow user to show current location”. Please implement this in the newest version of Glide
@fk1214 She meant this on Classic Apps
Oh
Correct-a-mundo! Super helpful when an app’s main use case is to navigate & display locations nearby. I could use Radar and some CSS/row trickery to get my user’s location to show up as a pin with actual locations, but this feature was clutch in Classic!
Yeah, I’ve used a trick in the past where one of the rows in my table stores the location component value, then I use an IF column to return either the user location from that one row, or the other locations from the rest of the rows. Then display the IF result on a map. I’m not sure it works as well as it used to now. Doesn’t seem to update the location as rapidly, and without CSS, the pin is indistinguishable from the rest.

Voted, this feature is integral to my apps
