Advise to building app

Dansk version:

English version:
I would like some advice. When building my app, is it best to create a screen for each menu? What I mean is, if I have ‘Products,’ ‘My Products,’ should I create a screen for each of these points: Screen ‘Products’ - Screen ‘My Products’? Or should I leave it as Glide makes them? Wouldn’t I have more options by creating a screen for each topic I work on? I’m struggling a bit to retrieve two pieces of information from two different tables the way I’ve built my app. So, I was just wondering if creating screens for individual topics could help with that.

That’s completely up to you

Glide will create some default screens for you and try to fit them to your data, but you don’t have to keep any or all of them. You can modify the screens that Glide creates, or throw them away and create new ones. And you can have as many screens/tabs as you want. Do whatever makes sense for your App and the user experience that you want to create. Play around, experiment, have fun

English version
Yes, but what would provide the most functionality in my app? Is it best to control the app by creating screens for each point, or by letting Glide create them, and is there no difference?"

You’ll get much more functionality out of the screens that you create yourself, but there is a learning curve. It doesn’t really matter. If the screens that Glide gives you by default do what you need, then leave them. If they don’t do what you need, then change them. It really is as simple as that.

As you learn and become more experienced with Glide, you will most likely find that most of the time you will build your own screens. But you don’t have to do that right away if you’re not confident.

Okay, thanks. I just want to know if I get more functionality by creating the screens myself. And you’re absolutely right, there’s no need to add more to the given screen if it can be used as Glide creates it. However, there’s no reason to create screens manually if there’s no advantage to it. And yes, I’m constantly learning new methods while working on my app
