Add custom action to Check Value on checklist screen

I need to add a custom action to the “check value” column on the checklist screen.

I have a very complex custom action to determine if the checkbox should be checked.

And while we’re at it, it would be nice to have an “expanded view” of all the stuff in a custom action – a way to toggle between expanded and default.
