Actions tab not appearing for me

I have a button that when pressed adds a row to the target destination sheet but I want it to also give audio feedback when clicked. I don’t see the Actions edit tab at the top right corner though so that I can combine 2 actions

You could also get to actions from the top of editor where it says Data - Layout - Actions
