It’s just the app author (your email) that was used to create the app. It should go directly into your inbox.
This is what I thought, but in fact it comes through Glide support …
Then we need to copy-paste the email in the message -> no automation possible…
What kind of automation are you looking to do? Are you saying you want to set up an auto reply to the user who submitted the feedback or want a simple way to just hit reply to reply to the user?
I suppose it’s just a simple feedback solution that glide threw in. You could consider making your own About and Feedback page in the app to do what you want. Maybe by directly submitting the feedback to the sheet with scripts to automate any processes you need, or a simple Email button that takes the user to their email client to submit feedback.
