I can now select a region and display the list of agents in that region
I have a map that covers all regions but it would be great if i could use the same function (choice picker) to select the region and just display the agents in that region on a map
Any ideas ?

Change your existing list of filtered agents to a map style list.
If you scroll down on the list setting on the right hand side, you should see an option to switch between list view and map view.
