See the stars and reviews

Would it be all right if I invited you into my Glide to watch? It still doesn’t seem to work… I speak French so maybe I don’t always fully understand what you’re telling me in English…

Feel free to talk in French, and we’ll try to translate it. Here’s the French version of my comment above:

I still think this is the correct solution for what he’s asking.

Hello !
The problem with this solution is that the stars don’t appear colored, they all remain white.
I also think there are no better solutions but, following your video and doing this technique, it doesn’t work.

On this game, for example, I gave it three stars (you can see it below under the pseudonym Vikatchu, that’s me). However, after doing Darren’s technique, the stars remain white.

You don’t want to use a rating component to display stars. That’s only for input.

You’ll need to lookup the stars and then disaply them in any type of text component

Would it now be possible to put the star rating where I put it instead of in the screen that appears (as you show in your video) and leave the screen that appears for comments?
But keep the averages etc?

Let’s circle back a bit. After you rate a game, do you want to be able to show your rating on the screen of that game, and have a way to edit it?

Created a video for you:

Basically, now that I’ve thought about it, I’d like to :
When a user posts a 5-star review directly on the game (instead of in the little tab that used to open, as you can see in Robert Petitto’s video), the review will be saved and linked to the user and the game (so that Jacques doesn’t get the same review as Paul, or Jacques’ Minecraft review isn’t the same in other games). Then, an average of each review given under a game will be made and displayed higher up next to Game Score.
Finally, when a review is posted, I want to be able to see the number of stars out of 5 that a player has given.

For example:
I put five stars under GTA V and then, I open the comment space (like Robert Petitto’s video) and write “I loved this game”. I want people to be able to see:

“Vikatchu
★★★★★
I loved this game”
