https://source.unsplash.com/[size]/?[keyword]
Please notice that the keyword’s spaces must be substitute by the escape character “%20”.
For example with Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Gives me this image, which is the Mehmed Paša Sokolović Bridge - a historic bridge in Višegrad, over the Drina River in eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Unsplash link works directly in the editor, no need to get the redirected URL.
