Call it a coincidence I just noticed it last night while I was playing around with the Map component and I was wondering when was this added.
Based on personal experience (even on a phone which others will acknowledge) keeping it default as Street helps the maps load faster than satellite.
Now am waiting for the routes/path feature on the map

Also, @JackVaughan / @david Can we have a dedicated change log or release notes section on the website or even here on communities where you can update it on a weekly or monthly basis of the changes that have gone through than waiting for announcement blogs/videos? Probably something easy and quick to do at your end and then buy time to create the actual tutorials/videos? Not sure if this has been suggested before.
