Need help auto generating codes in sequence for pipeline number

Hi Guys,

I have a requirement where I need auto generated sequence for each row for my Pipeline number

like VA-001
VA-002 this needs to be auto incremented whenever I keep adding new pipeline.

Is there any way to achieve this ?
