My old gmail account is disabled how to change my new gmail account to administrator

Hi,
My old gmail account is disabled how to change my new gmail account to administrator on my Teams?

I added my new gmail and asked to switch this one to administrator but it was not taken into account.

Now my old gmail account was deleted.

Can you switch my new account to administrator so that I can modify my apps and my site?

My old gmail (nathan@noulot.com)
My new gmail (noulotnathan@gmail.com)
