I’m Tatiana, co-founder of AO1 Heals.
AO1 is a voice-led emotional wellness platform where we create a personalized emotional support voice messenger. It delivers grounding, reassurance, and encouragement through voice when people need it most.
We’re currently building our MVP in Glide and are looking for a no-code developer who enjoys creating thoughtful flows, layered logic, and emotionally sensitive UX.
This role is hybrid:
• Paid for MVP build work
• Opportunity to explore equity for deeper, ongoing involvement
AO1 is not a typical app. Voice is the core experience. UX needs to feel safe and human. Logic needs to be clean and intentional. We’re in Beta and building carefully, not rushed.
