Info Icon as a component

I’m struggling with building app instructions right into the app - It would be incredibly useful to have that little “i” icon as a component that could 1) link to a new screen or 2) display information same as in charts for example. I think we would be able to do so much with that to explain how our apps work. Right now I have to build a manual to give the Admin of customer companies and make videos for the employees.
