Hello, I’m trying to see if there is a way for me to automatically hide items from appearing on the inline list when there is zero in stock. Items that have zero in stock still appear on the home screen and I was wondering if I could set it up so the item only appears when the quantity is 1 or more.

Visibility. The visibility tool is your friend here, you may want to read this :
Select your inline list and define the parameters that you wish to display.
