How to centre align the menu at the top

I have 2 questions:

1. How do you centre align the menu at the top? It’s kinda shifted to the left a little
2. Is there a way to delete the padding on the left and right side of the screen so that the collection can take up more space? I make sure the settings was full-width but it doesn’t seem to make it that wide. I also made sure that my current screen is 100% zoomed in.

I think we don’t have an option to change those settings, at the moment.
