How do I do math: NOW - 1 hour?

I want to make a list of concerts that are coming up or busy. For that reason I want to show only concerts that have a start time after one hour ago. How can I do that in a math column? I do have the NOW column but need NOW - 1 hour (NOW - 1 = NOW a day ago).
