I am a newbie and I am wondering if this Glide site supports Google Play Billing, or for that matter downloading your app to run it for testing. I know on Google Play if you are selling subscriptions they must be included with the app itself now. If you are just selling your app then it can be done in Google Play Developers account, but you can never make it a subscription once just selling it.
So you want to have an in-app subscription, but also plans to submit that to the Google Play store later?
If thats doable otherwise its not my app.

No, and they have no plans to.
