Yes, “Under review” means we’ve triaged it. We get some incoming request that are duplicates of existing issues, we get some that we’ve already implemented, some where we have to clear up with the author what they meant, a few that we know we won’t implement in any reasonable timeframe, and a few that we ultimately can’t make sense of.
