Glide is not an "Embedly provider", but can I create a web app that is?

I’m trying to understand if I can use Glide for my purpose.
A requirement is that the output of my web app will be allowed to be accepted as Embedly provider.
I see that Glide is not an Embedly provider, but that’s OK, not a problem.
Though, I need to know if what I create with Glide can be an Embedly provider.

…and here’s a page where it is explained how to be included as an Embedly provider, thus that means I should have ways with Glide to match those requirement:

Glide does not allow itself to be embedded for security reasons.
