Duplicate rows

Is there a function that has if I wanted too add information to my table but there is already that data in my sheet, it wont duplicat or do I need to build it somehow. If so, how and ADD THIS TO MY WISHLIST TOO.

If i am understanding this correctly. i think you can you setup a relation column connecting the data sheets then adding a lookup column to pull the data
