Displaying Name of a Related row

I am working on a Project / Task app. Where each task has a relation to the Project’s RowId. I would like to have a simple list of Tasks where I would display the related Project’s Name for each task. I created a list screen with tasks but I am not sure how to make Project Name show up as a task description. Thanks for the help!
